San Marcos sliced jalapeno comes in a 26 ounce tin. Contains sliced jalapeno peppers, water, vinegar, carrots, salt, onion, canola oil, sugar, spices and garlic. We are a 100 percent Mexican company, founded in 1949 for the manufacturing of cans for local industries. We later gradually embarked on the manufacturing of canned goods, such as plums, pears and peaches in syrup, Fabada and meat. In the 50's we began canning chili peppers, with Serrano chilies being the best sellers in those days. Over time, we began incorporating the distinct varieties of chili peppers, establishing in 1957, and the beginnings of a future of quality in canned goods, represented by the world renowned San Marcos brand.
